GATES & SECURITY
Security is handled by the Area Club Manager, Tom Uerkwitz and various guards at the front gate.
The gates will be closed at 11:00 pm nightly and opened the next morning; a guard will be on duty during this time. Key cards will be required to enter & exit the club during this time. Members are reminded that when you sign in guests that you are responsible to let your guests out of our club after the gate is closed.
The gate is designed to automatically reverse direction while closing. It should not come in contact with your vehicle. Avoid damaging the gate and possibly your vehicle by not speeding up to get through the gate. The manual swing gate should be used when bringing in or taking out motor homes, trailers, boats and campers. Please notify the manager or club office if either gate is malfunctioning.
Notify the club office if your key card has been lost or stolen so it can be deactivated. A new replacement card or second key card will be issued for a $10.00 fee. Key cards are not needed when a guard is on duty and the gates are open.
All guests must be registered at the gate with a member present. Information required: date, time, name of member and name of guests.
Children of members must be at least 16 years of age to bring in a guest.
Children must have their youth card and a guest card with available punches in order to bring in a guest. Children are entitled to bring in no more than one guest per day. Guests must abide by all club rules and are the responsibility of the member.
Youth cards are for the children of club members only. They do not permit guests. Youth cards will need a current picture attached to the back of the card. Cards must be signed and laminated. Youth cards are furnished for children of members who are 12-21 years old. Youth cards will be collected at the gate and sign in and sign out is required.
Curfew – There is a 10:30p.m. curfew on club premises for any individual under 19 years of age who is not a member on their own, or is not in the immediate company of a member who is 21 years of age or older.
